Nick Shanley, Field Sale Engineer at Saft Batteries, will present an overview of lithium-ion batteries and how this technology compares to other storage options. This meeting is hosted by the Eastern NC Section of IEEE.

Mr. Shanley graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Nick has been involved with application engineering, project management, and industrial sales for 10 years. As a world leader in industrial batteries, Saft manufacturers nickel-cadmium and lithium-ion batteries for multiple markets.
